AI for Business Bootcamps

Build a Business Tool, App, or Website in One Day

Walk in with an idea. Walk out with it built.

See Dates & Pricing

The AI for Business Bootcamps are live online intensives led by our CTO, Al Del Degan.

You'll build a working prototype of your app or internal tool, or a website that gets you found, using AI tools, with the guardrails that keep it secure and buildable.

No coding, no developer, no expensive mistakes.

Who are these bootcamps for?

"Any business owner [who knows] a little bit of AI but with no coding experience, wanting to build their own digital assets: app, tool, website or more."

Crystal Chen, bootcamp student

"I came in without an idea. All of this was done in a matter of a couple of hours with the New Idea Machine team."

Odin Zavier
Bootcamp student

Set up for success

"You've set us up for success. You've given us the prompts to put in and the guardrails to keep things safe. I could never have done that on my own. Unless you have 30 years of expertise, you don't get those things."

Heather Friesen
Bootcamp student

David is 87. If he can do it, anyone can.

"I've attended a lot of different meetings over my lifetime, but this ranks right at the top. I'm much better prepared now than I ever was yesterday."

David Hunt
Bootcamp student

Every bootcamp includes

  • The full live bootcamp, four hours with our CTO
  • Our guardrails, prompts, cheat sheets, and full step-by-step instructions, yours to keep
  • Slack support for 30 days after the bootcamp

A live four-hour intensive. You leave with something working that you built yourself.

  • You build in one of the most powerful AI tools available today. No coding required. If you can use a web browser, you can do this.
  • Al's guardrails framework, built into your build from the first prompt. A set of rules and patterns that prevent the security gaps, dead-end architecture, and unmaintainable code that sink most self-built projects.
  • Slack support with our team for 30 days after the bootcamp. For when you have questions as you keep building. Note: we're there to troubleshoot with you, not to build your application for you.
  • A clear path forward after the bootcamp. Know exactly what to build next and what to hand off to a developer when you're ready.

Additional developer hours available to purchase should you need them.

Two bootcamps to grow your business.

Seats are limited to keep it hands-on.

AI for Business

Build Your Website in 1 Day & Get Found By AI (No-Code)

Next date: October 25, 2026

You leave with a live website optimized for AI searches so you get found.

No agency fees, no WordPress or Wix bills. You build and host it yourself, and your changes go live in minutes, not weeks.

Save your seat: $497 CAD

Your website brings customers in. Your tools and automations take care of them. Take both bootcamps, build the whole machine yourself, and save $197.

Apps, Internal Tools & Automations bootcamp

You have an idea. But you're not technical. Here's where most business owners get stuck.

  • You hire a developer before you know exactly what you're building. Scope creep starts immediately. A $20K project becomes $80K.
  • You try to build it yourself with no guardrails. You blow through tokens. It works, until it doesn't. Now no real developer can touch it.
  • You wait. You research. You do nothing. Your competition launches.

There's a better path. You can build it yourself, in a day, using tools that didn't exist two years ago. We'll show you exactly how. Safely.

By the end, you'll know how to build any of the following, and a lot more.

  • Web app prototypes. Dashboards, client portals, booking tools, SaaS MVPs, internal tools. If you can describe it, you can build it.
  • Data-connected tools. Customer trackers, intake forms, inventory tools, with connections to data sources on the Internet.
  • Professionally designed PDFs. Proposals, reports, lead magnets, client-facing documents, designed and generated without touching design software.

Build and/or test your idea without spending $30K on a developer. Live online. One day. A working build and a framework to keep building safely.

Build Your Website & Get Found By AI Bootcamp

A fully deployed website. Not a template.

A real, publicly accessible website with actual functionality, live by the end of the bootcamp. You'll research your competitors with AI, find your marketing moat (the three things competitors can't copy), and wireframe your page. Then you'll build it, publish it, and optimize it for GEO: showing up as the answer when customers ask AI tools like ChatGPT who to hire.

It's the exact playbook we used to rebuild our own website. No templates, no design skills, and no paying for WordPress or Wix.

Why guidance beats going it alone

"If there's one thing you definitely want when you come to this, maybe the one and only thing you're coming for, it's the guardrails."

Britni Brady
Bootcamp student

A community, not just a course

"I feel like I have professional connections for life. I don't feel like I'm just another client or another student coming in."

Britni Brady
Bootcamp student

Joe's experience

"If you'd have told me that I would walk out of that course having a prototype of an app built, I would have said you were crazy."

Joe Gleason
Bootcamp student

In our students' words

"If there's a seat available, grab it! This bootcamp sets you up for success by providing step-by-step guidance on how to safely and effectively use AI to build apps and websites, and in less than 24 hours post-learning, it is already inspiring change across our operations. By enabling us to rapidly prototype solutions internally, we can determine exactly what we need before we begin investing in development time."

Heather Friesen

"The value of this workshop lies not only in how to start building, but also in when not to start building to avoid costly mistakes."

Crystal Chen

Your instructor

Al Del Degan, CTO & Co-Founder, New Idea Machine. Al has built dozens of software applications for non-technical business owners. He has watched the same costly mistakes happen over and over. The guardrails framework in this course is what he developed so business owners can move fast without creating expensive problems. He explains everything in plain language: no jargon, no technical gatekeeping.

Find out if this bootcamp is right for you

Which bootcamp should I take?

If the friction is inside your business, think manual tasks, repetitive admin, tools you wish existed, take Build Apps, Internal Tools or Automations. If your problem is customers not finding you or not converting after they land on your website, take Build Your Website & Get Found By AI. Building the whole machine? Take both and save $197.

What if I can't make the next bootcamp?

We host both bootcamps every season: fall, winter, spring, and summer. Can't make the next one? We'll sign you up for the one after it instead. Your spot is saved.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. This is built for non-technical business owners. If you can use a web browser, you can do this. You will not write, edit, or review code at any point. Zero coding. Zero technical background required.

Who is this not for?

If you're a technical business owner, this course isn't the right fit. It's built specifically for non-technical business owners who want to build it themselves before spending serious money on development.

What will I actually build?

In the apps bootcamp: your app, or internal tools and automations ready to use in your business. In the website bootcamp: a live website you built yourself, optimized for AI searches. Built live during the bootcamp, with our CTO guiding every step.

I just need a website or a brochure. Do you build those for clients?

No, and that's on purpose. We teach you to build them yourself. Business owners in service industries, like realtors, consultants, and coaches, come to the bootcamp and leave with a live website or professionally designed marketing documents they built with their own hands. You own it outright, you can update it yourself whenever you want, and you never wait on an agency to change a headline or a phone number. One day of learning replaces years of design invoices.

Will this give me a production-ready app?

No. This bootcamp teaches you how to build a prototype. Not a commercial-ready application. If you want to launch at scale, you will need a developer eventually. But a working prototype changes that conversation. You validate your idea before spending serious money. You show a developer exactly what you are building instead of trying to explain it from scratch. That alone can save you tens of thousands of dollars.

What happens after the bootcamp?

You leave with what you built and a clear picture of what comes next. That might mean continuing to build on your own using what you learned, using your build to get real customer feedback before spending money on development, or walking into a conversation with a developer and showing them exactly what you need instead of trying to describe it from scratch. The bootcamp gives you the build. It also gives you the map.

Is this just an AI tutorial?

No, and that distinction matters. Free AI tutorials are on YouTube. What you're paying for here is Al's guardrails framework, the rules and patterns baked into your build that prevent security gaps, dead-end architecture, and code no developer will ever be able to maintain or scale. That's the difference between a prototype that helps you and one that costs you.

What are guardrails?

Guardrails are a set of rules and patterns Al applies from day one. They keep your build clean, secure, and buildable. Without them, you risk code that works today but can't grow, security gaps you didn't know to look for, and a mess that a developer can't untangle later.

What about AI hallucinations and code bloat?

These are real risks when building with AI tools. The AI can confidently generate code that does not work. It can add unnecessary complexity that makes your project harder to manage over time. Al's guardrails framework is specifically designed to prevent this from happening.

Are these skills transferable to other AI tools?

Yes. The approach, the prompting patterns, the guardrails framework; all of it carries over to any AI-assisted building tool. The platform matters less than the thinking behind it.

Who owns my code? What are the risks of building on an AI platform?

Al covers this directly. There are real pros and cons to building and publishing inside an AI-assisted tool. Who owns the code, how it is hosted, what happens if you want to move it. You will know exactly how to set this up safely before you publish anything.

What if something breaks and I do not know why?

That is what your 30 days of Slack support are for. You bring the problem, and our team works through it with you. You do not have to figure it out alone. Want live help? The Extra Support upgrade adds two virtual office hours with our developer.

What if I need more help after my 30 days?

You can purchase additional developer hours directly. No pressure to buy more. The option is there if you need it.
