I met with a lawyer last week.
I asked him about the software he uses and he said he had zero complaints. He was happy with what he had.
(At this point I was questioning why I’m in his office diagnosing his tech stack.)
I then asked him what frustrates him in running his firm day to day.
What he shared surprised me.
Turns out he’s the “brain” of the entire operation.
When his lawyers need to reference a template or previous case, they’d ask him because looking it up was labour intensive and rarely revealed the documents they need.
We’re talking thousands of documents.
He wants to spend less time in his office and have his firm run smoothly without him.
This inconvenience was preventing him from semi-retiring.
I suggested we build him a clone of himself.
An AI agent that would live on his server so it’s safe and can’t access or be accessed by the outside world.
It would house all his previous cases and templates.
It would be so simple that anyone of his staff could use it with zero training.
His eyes lit up. He didn’t know such a thing was possible.
We built it in six weeks. His staff uses it daily.
He’s not the bottleneck anymore.
Most agency owners are sitting on this same problem. They just don’t have a name for it yet.
If that sounds like you, reach out.
I’m happy to show you what’s possible.
